Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or refunds are strictly limited to the following two scenarios:

  1. Damaged Products: The item arrived with a manufacturing defect, tear, or visible physical damage.

  2. Wrong Item Received: The item shipped to you does not match the product name, style, or color of your original order confirmation.

Strict Non-Returnable Scenarios: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for sizing issues (e.g., ordering the wrong size or the item fitting poorly). We strongly encourage you to review our sizing charts carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Reporting Process & Timelines

  • 48-Hour Window: You must report a damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Requests made after this window cannot be entertained.

  • Required Proof: To initiate a claim, email us at denryxsupport@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Your Order ID.

    • A brief description of the issue.

    • Clear, unedited photo or video proof of the damaged area or the wrong item received (please ensure the original packaging label is visible).

  • Resolution: Our quality control team will verify your claim within 24 to 48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost to you. The item must be handed over in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Refunds

Once the item arrives back at our facility and passes the final physical inspection, your refund will be processed.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will receive a secure payout link via email or SMS to enter your bank account details for a direct transfer. Please note that the standard COD handling charges are non-refundable.
